It is made from two sheets of Japanese paper, each cut with small connection holes that slide onto a star-shaped fitting in stainless steel or brass. Once pressed into place, the paper bends into its curved form, creating a soft sculptural silhouette. The inner layer directs the ight downwards, while the outer diffuses it gently across the surface, giving the lamp its warmth and even glow.
