The Goupil moelleux vintage is produced using new winemaking techniques that reveal the aromatic potential of each grape variety. The grapes are harvested when overripe, then cold settling and work on the lees produce a sweet wine with a fruity, aromatic flavour. The Goupil vintage has a straw-yellow colour. The nose is fresh with exotic and citrus notes. On the palate, the wine surprises with its balance between freshness and sweetness. Château Monluc has been owned by the Lassus family since 1961. Monluc is an essential estate in Gascony.
