This enhances the rich character of the rum, using an evolving botanical cask finish. A tropically aged single origin rum is selected based on its flavour profile and finish. At the distillery in amsterdam, oak barrels are pre-conditioned by steeping botanicals for weeks. The botanical tincture is then removed and used for our regular range (we dont like waste).
