Simonnet-Febvre, one of Chablis' oldest wineries, was established in 1840 by barrel maker Jean Febvre. Now under the ownership of Maison Louis Latour, the estate upholds a rich tradition of crafting exquisite wines. This Vaillons Premier Cru showcases the distinctive characteristics of its terroir. The name 'Vaillons' derives from the Latin 'vallis,' meaning 'small valley', which aptly describes this climates position on the left bank of the Serein River.
