Walhalla Riesling is made from carefully selected healthy ripe grapes from the Grosse Lage (Grand Cru) vineyard, Erdener Treppchen. The juice is then fermented dry in a stainless steel tank where it stays for two years on its lees. A dry Mosel Riesling with terrific fruit, elegantly expressing the minerality of the steep red slate slopes of the Erdner Treppchen Vineyard. Delicious served as an apertif, or with a charcuterie board - it will also stand up well to white fish and poutry dishes and matches particularly well with pan-Asian flavours.
