The grapes are harvested at 'Kabinett' ripeness level, which ensures a delicate balance of sweetness and acidity. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to preserve the wines fresh, fruity character. The wine is then aged briefly on its fine lees to enhance texture. With a very pale lemon hue, this wine is light with aromas of lime, green apples, and Sicilian lemon.
