Award-winning winemaker Leon Esterhuizen has been honing his expertise for 17 years, producing a range of wines from one of South Africas most prestigious terroirs. Vineyards are managed sustainably and with minimal intervention, and fertilised with natural compost produced on the farm. With aromatic peach, apple, citrusand touch of elderflower and lemonthis South African Viognier is delightfully complex and a perfect match for poultry. It contains just a dash of Sauvignon Blanc, which lends a lively and crisp acidity that will cut nicely through creamy dishes, too.
