Today they turn out a range of varietals with assistance from the coolingCape Doctorwind that breezes in from the nearby Atlantic Ocean and False Bay. This 100% Sauvignon Blanc is harvested from limestone and alluvial soils and shows notes of gooseberry, white peach, passionfruit and citrus. Refreshing and lively acidity makes it an ideal partner for seafood and white meats.
