Damascus kitchen knife Madoka-Chef The knife with Damascus steel and modern red handles combines style and functionality. Each knife offers exceptional sharpness and durability. The structure of the material alternates multiple layers of different types of steel. These layers are bonded using the method of forge welding into a single unit (this knife has 67 layers). When using, please note that the knife is very sharp and is intended for cutting food (not frozen and not suitable for chopping food).
