Revived by South Korean designer Do Hee Kim back in 2024, New Balance's 509 is a retro runner which takes elements from the Boston brand's 530 lineage into its stride. The upper is constructed from porous black mesh uppers and is angularly robed in synthetic iridescent leather overlays.
