The 27-6 features pans with a non-stick coating which gives an ideal surface for frying, and requires little or no cooking fat or oil. Non-stick is slightly more susceptible to scratches and abrasion, so only wooden (an old stick) or plastic utensils should be used. Contents of the 27-6 include a frying pan/lid (18cm), kettle and two pans (both 1 litre), an upper windshield, a lower windshield and the all important meths burner. The Non-Stick coating is free from PFOA (perfluorooctanoic acid).
