The MPP Foam Mat is made of 1000D Cordura-laminated closed-cell foam. The mats bottom side has an additional, extremely water-resistant surface layer made of natural rubber fabric that keeps it firmly in place on any surface. The forest is never fully dry, so theres rarely an abundance of places where you can sit or lay your gear down.
