The pan is sold without a handle. For minimalist backpackers the best option is to make a handle whenever you happen to need it. If, again, you want to make a permanent one, only imagination limits your options! Made of hot rolled steel. Diameter: 23 cm. Along with use, some of the oil or fat you use for frying, polymerizes on the surface, helping create a surface that doesn't stick.
