This German Advent calendar with glitter accents depicts the Brandenburg Gate, one of the most famous landmarks in Berlin, Germany, at Christmas. Every year at Christmas a huge fir tree is placed in front of the Brandenburg Gate, almost as big as the monument itself. The detailed image has 24 small doors to open. Behind each door there is a small picture. The tradition is to open a window every day from December 1st to December 24th.
