A precision drafting set from Ecobra, a German manufacturer, who have been making navigational tools out of silver and exporting them around the world for over 125 years. Established in 1893, they are still prevalent in their compasses and other tools made today. This vintage precision drafting tool set is from around the 1930s, made from a black leather exterior and dark blue velvet interior. Although it has a silver pin to assist with opening and closing, wear and tear has rendered it obsolete and the kit does not close. Includes seven items, most of which are compasses and some aids, designed to create detailed drawings for navigational or architectural purposes. Serves as an excellent stationary kit, tools made of high-quality materials, with some rusting on a couple of them. Exterior is okay, with quite a bit of scratching on the front and back.
