This enhances the rich character of the rum, using an evolving botanical cask finish. The process a tropically matured single origin rum is selected based on its flavour profile and finish. At the distillery in amsterdam, oak barrels are preconditioned by infusing botanicals for weeks. The botanical tincture is then removed and used for our regular range (we dont like waste).
