The touchscreen provides a range of built in programmes and using a tablet or Smartphone with the bikes Bluetooth you can access a range of popular pre loaded apps such as Netflix and You Tube as well as training apps such as Zwift and Spirits own Spirit+ App. The console also has built in screen mirroring capabilities so what you bring up on your phone or tablet can be mirrored on the touchscreen. You can also create your own custom program or choose from a variety of preset options including Spirits exclusive Calories and Fusion programmes that integrates cardio and strength to help you achieve your fitness goals and no subscription required.
