SPD Fuel Pulse Damper - AN8 The fuel pulse damper is used in fuel systems to reduce pressure pulses that occur when running large fuel injectors, high-flow fuel pumps, and rigid fuel lines such as PTFE or braided steel hoses. This results in a much smoother and more stable fuel pressure throughout the entire operating range.
