Filling a cooling system the traditional way is slow, messy, and risks introducing airlocks that can cause overheating and damage. The Sealey VS0041 Cooling System Filler solves this by using a workshop air supply to fill the system cleanly and efficiently, eliminating bubbles and airlocks and removing the need for time-consuming bleeding. It automatically conducts a system leak test during the process, reducing fluid waste and spills. The low profile design extends its application range, making it particularly well suited to MPVs where a lower windscreen lip would obstruct other tools. Simple to operate, it requires only a workshop air supply with no fiddly interchange of vacuum and fluid hoses. It can also be used in conjunction with VS001, VS0011, VS0033, VS006, VS006F, and VS006V cooling system pressure caps as an alternative connection method to the coolant reservoir.
