Revo Technik take power very seriously as should be evident from this K04 upgrade kit.Volkswagen group specified two families of turbo on their 2.0 litre turbocharged petrol engines - the smaller turbos found on most models and the larger K04 on the "hottest" models. This kit allows you to upgrade 2.0 litre petrol engines with the smaller turbo to the bigger K04 turbo.When combined with their own Stage 3 Remap, Revo Technik are quoting huge gains of up to 164hp and 215Nm.Despite being bigger than the K03 the K04 still manages to have excellent throttle response with only slightly more lag. The gains are felt most at the top end where the smaller unit simply runs out of puff.The turbo included in the kit starts life as a Borg Warner K04 but has been modified to Revo's own standards with a redesigned higher flow outlet.As with everything Revo offer, the quality of the work is second to none.
