Real-Time Qr Code Reader : 9783659440960 : 29 Apr 2014 : Over the last few years, Bar codes have been replaced by the two-dimensional Quick Response (QR) codes. QR codes can carry large information like URL's, Contact Info, Wi-Fi configurations, and so on. There was a need of developing a smart phone app, that can decode information our of a QR, and let the user process the information. This book presents the implementation and development of a QR code reader application in Real-time. QRoid is an android application which efficiently extracts data and stores and processes the extracted data. QRoid extracts a QR code from an observed image and extracts and processes the information decoded in it. We have used image processing algorithms for this purpose.
