We can't tell you who makes it. What we can tell you is that this winery has a reputation for making some of the most elegant and balanced wines in Australia, with a Master of Wine at the helm. This winery has a passion to create more fruit driven and energetic styles of Shiraz whilst faithfully representing the amazing vineyards the wines are grown in. The wines are enhanced in quality and concentration of flavour through hand picking the grapes for old bush vines, followed by a wild fermentation and ageing in French oak. The resulting Shiraz has a rich, full body with great depth of ripe plum and blackberry flavours and a hint of lively spices. Ideal with cold meats, hearty stews, and asian hotpots
