The late Andy Rooney was also a favorite of mine. (See the appendix for some of their quotes and others). Some observations contained here came from family and friends. Most have come from experiences and memories by the author of this book collected over the past sixty some-odd years. Many reach back in time as far as antiquity, but most written about things that have happened in the last few decades. The observations take many forms and articles included extracted from my books published over the past several years.
