Hold the wax stick horizontally over your item to allow the wax to drip onto the surface until roughly the size of a £1 coin, or more if you prefer a larger seal. Blow out the flame and pop this aside, then double check that your brass seal is the right way up before pressing into the wax. Allow to set for approximately 5-10 seconds, then remove the seal.
