They evoke and elicit feelings. Some poems are short and whimsical while others are longer and thought provoking. Many use rhythm and rhyme to convey a message; some are simply words in motion. Many of the poems included are the result of my life experiences and personal losses and blessings. They reflect the love of family, of literacy, and a personal relationship with God.
