Founded in 1859, Louis Jadot has become a major name in Burgundy, renowned for its commitment to quality and sustainability. This Coteaux Bourguignons Rouge is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes sourced from both the Beaujolais and Louis Jadot's own vineyards. The grapes are carefully destemmed and fermented in stainless steel, then aged for eight to 10 months in French oak, allowing the wine to develop depth and a smooth texture.
