This is an aromatic, unoaked white blend made from Colombard, Ugni Blanc, Viognier and Vermentinosourced from the LGI collectives extensive vineyard network across Gascony and the Languedoc. Colombard and Ugni Blanc bring citrus brightness, while Viognier and Vermentino add floral lift and peachy texture. The wine is fermented cool and aged on fine lees for three months, adding mouthfeel and complexity. Unoaked and light, its vibrant and fresh with notes of lemon, white peach and wild herbs.
