Via Lattea - skirting lamp as a luminous milk churn for outdoor use With Via Lattea, the approach of the Italian manufacturer Karman is obvious: to offer luminaires that shine with creativity, targeted lighting effects and skilful craftsmanship. The series, designed by Stefano Bizzarri and Claudio Cinti, is inspired by traditional milk churns in which the contents are transported from rural origins to the villages. Similarly, in Via Lattea the light is inside. The pigeon-grey concrete floor lamp can be placed in a variety of positions. In view of the upward light emission, Via Lattea is ideal for use next to the wall and in covered outdoor areas, providing atmospheric lighting accents on walls or ceilings.
