In celebration of their 160th anniversary, German watch manufacturer Junghans have launched the Form A 160 Limited Edition watch. The design not only celebrates the past, and its founder Erhard Junghans, but it looks towards the future with a minimalistic and contemporary aesthetic inspired by their home, the Black Forest. The bowl-shaped matte black dial demands attention with contrasting brown printing on the 12 and 6 oclock hour markers and on the hands for hours and minutes. The hour markings from 1 to 5 oclock and 7 to 11 oclock are treated to a beige environmentally friendly luminous substance, just like that of the central hands. To pair with the dial, the Junghans Form A 160 Edition watch is fitted with a unique brown leather strap detailed with a texture designed to look like the bark of a tree.
