Lucellino NT - a designer wall light which inspires people When coming up with a name for the wall light Lucellino NT, the designer Ingo Maurer achieved a fantastic play on words. From the Italian words “luce” for “light” and “ucellino” for “little bird”, the word “Lucellino” was formed - figuratively a luminous little bird. And Lucellino really does seem to want to fly away like a little bird. The halogen lamp is fitted with handmade goose feathers and connected to the round wall mount via a thin brass wire. The wire and the cable which catches the eye with its red colour appear to be the only thing preventing the winged bulb from flying away. Lucellino NT has a surface-mounted installation box and a white cover plate. The brightness of the wall light can be adjusted via an appropriate external dimmer.
