A real all-rounder LED floor lamp Ringelpiez - dimmable, inclining, up or downlight What Ingo Maurer and his team were probably thinking in 2016 when they gave this extravagant floor lamp the name Ringelpiez becomes clear when you look more closely at this light fitting which was definitely not created to just stand on the spot unaltered. In colloquial German usage, the word “Ringelpiez” refers to a boisterous, generally spontaneous circle dance without a fixed form. Even at first glance, you can see that the floor lamp Ringelpiez dances out of line at least visually. But Ringelpiez has even more tricks up its sleeve. The light consists of a slim carbon fibre rod with a grey, cast iron base. Carbon fibre is known for its low dead weight and its extraordinary stability and is also referred to as the material of the future.
