IFPE Outsourced Employees as Ecological Subjects : Our Knowledge Publishing : 9786206383246 : 6206383245 : 25 Aug 2023 : The aim of the research is to develop and strengthen environmental education at the Federal Institute of Pernambuco, Recife campus, through interdisciplinarity and transdisciplinarity, in order to contribute to the construction of the socio-ecological identity of the employees outsourced by the federal institute, the Soll company, materializing their performance as ecological subjects transforming the socio-educational space. The methodological procedures required to carry out this University Education and Extension Project are based on a qualitative and quantitative approach, with the aim of effectively understanding the process of building the identity of the employees of the Soll Company, outsourced by the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Pernambuco - Campus Recife, Cidade Universitária, in the municipality of Recife, Pernambuco. However,
