Published Edition d'Art Albert Skira, Switzerland, 1955. Volume 13 in their The Taste of Our Time Series. This volume from The Bath Academy of Art Lending Library Collection. Bound in cream cloth covers which though generally undamaged show shelf staining and marking to front and back boards and the spine. The binding itself is generally tight but page sections 9-12 and 113-116 are detached and need gluing and section 105-112 is loose and needs re-gluing to strengthen . There is light tanning to outer text page edges but the text and 50 (approx.) colour plates are clean clear and unmarked. Printed in Switzerland with colour plates engraved by Guezelle et Renouard, Paris.
