Controllable with Smartphone and Bluetooth technology - Foscarini MyLight LED pendant Chouchin Reverse 1 The modern LED pendant lamp Chouchin 1 from Foscarini is equipped with a mouth-blown glass shade, which has a small ring on the bottom. This special shape is an impressive new interpretation of Japanese lanterns, the so-called Chōchin. These can still be found today in Japan everywhere on houses or in front of restaurants. The young designer Ionna Vautrin is responsible for the idea of transforming these traditional shapes into modern pendant lamps. The Chouchin series has three models that differ in shape and colour. While the shade of the classic Chouchin lamps is fully coloured, the Chouchin Rerverse shows the upside down picture. This way, in contrast to the opaque original version, a diffuse room light is created in addition to the downward light, which gently and emotionally illuminates the surroundings.
