Foscarini MyLight LED pendant light Chouchin 1, modern control via Bluetooth and Casambi The modern LED pendant luminaire Chouchin 1 is one of three models in the Chouchin family of luminaires from Foscarini. It was designed by the French designer Ionna Vautrin, who was inspired by traditional Japanese lanterns. These lanterns come in a variety of shapes and colours and are often still used today as a symbol of good luck. Chouchin makes use of the typical shapes, which here are made of mouth-blown glass. The lacquered exterior shows intense, brilliant colours, but they do not let light through. This is only emitted directly through an opening on the underside, which makes the Chouchin 1 LED pendant luminaire an ideal table or counter lighting. The special feature of the MyLight version is the controllability of the light through Bluetooth technology.
