Picturesquely located at the foothills of Sivaliks, it is known as one of the best experiments in urban planning and modern architecture in the twentieth century in India. Ex Nihilo creators wanted to pay homage to the Avant-Garde spirit reflected by this city, reinvented from scratch in nature, mixing European flair with Indian know-how.
