This tank is made from steel that is painted over with two layers of an anti-rusting coating system that tests have proven provides maximum protection. Due to the high strength of steel, this tank is recommended for those who fear the oil in their tank may be prone to theft and require that extra layer of security. This tank conforms to the BS799 pt5 specification.In a bunded tank, oil is stored within the inner tank and the outer tank has 110% of the inner tankand#039;s capacity, allowing for oil to make its way into the outer tank in the unlikely event of a leakage from the inner tank.
