This 4/1 Gn size hot display features a 4/1Gn heated ceran glass area which accept various sized Gn flat bottomed dishes and containers. The display fits into a pre-formed cut out made in a countertop . The self help superstructure is made from bright polished steel and alluminum curved profiles, with curved, toughened glass sneeze screen protection to the customer side of the display. Product illumination/ surface heat is provided by infra red quartz heat lamps, housed in the elliptical profile gantry. Base heat and surface heat can be adjusted & 'locked' from the operator side of the gantry, by digital temperature display ( control panel ) and adjustable dimmer switch, mounted at eye level.
