Design Engineering Versa Shield was originally designed to protect starters and solenoids failing from excessive heat, but it can also be used to protect fuel pumps and many more areas of a car, bike, truck etc. It has also been found helpful for shielding electrical boxes and instruments from intense heat. This mini version of the Versa-Shield is designed for use with smaller starter motors as found in motorsport applications as well as hotrods. Versa-Shield is easily cut to shape and attaches to itself with hook and loop closure.Dimensions - 5.25" x 16.5" (133 x 419mm).
