The Orient coffee table brings a silver finish to a wide, round aluminium shape. The metallic tone stands out against textile upholstery and rugs, whilst the circular shape breaks up the straight lines of a sofa set. The low height gives the table top plenty of visual space without placing a tall piece of furniture in the centre. A simple ceramic bowl can complement the silver surface, whilst a stack of books adds a warmer shade of paper and colour. At 80 cm wide, the shelf does not need to be completely filled to function as a shared focal point. The mix of Nordic and retro-style covers works just as well with plain textiles as it does with individual patterned pieces. A round aluminium shape provides a material contrast to the fabric and rug The silver-coloured design keeps the colour palette cool 80 cm wide surface as the central focal point of the seating area 30 cm high for a very low arrangement Ceramics and books introduce different textures to the metal surface
