Charleston: The Bloomsbury Muse This linen bound book was published by Philip Mould and Co to accompany the exhibition of the same name that they held in 2021. The book is edited by Lawrence Hendra (from Antiques Roadshow) and Ellie Smith and contains essays by Darren Clarke, Deborah Gage, Richard Shone and Matthew Holliday. In his introduction to the book Philip Mould writes about how the concept of the exhibition was informed his experience of the pandemic lockdowns of 2020. The book contains photographic images of Charleston as it is today as well as some archive images of its famous occupants. It also features colour plates of 32 paintings and text about each of those paintings. The paintings are by primarily by Vanessa Bell & Duncan Grant. Hardback. 128 pages.
