Postcards of traditional recipes from the Iberian Peninsula with vintage-inspired illustrations from Spain. The illustration are inspired on the 20s advertising posters. You can used to decorate you kitchen or send it to a good friend. It have the recipe on the back. 1. In a pot, beat together the egg yolks and 3/4 cup of sugar until thoroughly blended and the mixture turns frothy. 2. Add the cinnamon stick and a grated lemon rind. 3. Pour in the milk and add cornstarch. Then, remove the pot from heat immediately. 4. Remove the cinnamon stick and ladle the milk mixture into 4 ramekins. 5. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours. 6. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar on top of each crema and cara- melise using a blowtorch. Offset printing on offset paper. 80% recycled paper. Size 13x19cm
