Each rug is lovingly made by hand in a small manufactory near Delhi. Finishing is carried out in several perfectly coordinated steps - also by hand. Materials such as fine new wool, viscose and cotton are used. The designs are emphasised with light carving, high-low effects or material contrasts. Available in customised sizes, each rug adds warmth and a feel-good atmosphere to both large and very small rooms. The Mahendi model is made from Tencel (glossy look) in the colour anthracite/silver. Colour deviations are normal (hand dyeing). Dimensional deviations +/- 5%. Not suitable for brush vacuum cleaners. Mahendi is made to measure on customer request. Available from 140
