BH OLYMPIC RACK LIGHT COMMERCIAL BENCH G510 The BH Olympic Rack Bench is one of the most versatile light commercial benches on the market. The bench has multiple adjustments that allow you to perform flat, incline and decline bench exercises. The Olympic barbell uprights are height adjustable and include two J-hooks on each side to rest the barbell. In addition there are safety brackets on each side. These brackets allow you to convert the bench into a Squat Rack. Attached to the seat of the bench are two handles. You use these as hand grips when performing the a leg extension exercise after purchasing the OPTIONAL leg extension/leg curl/preacher accessory This bench can also take an additional accessory and that is an OPTIONAL Butterfly accessory with clamps, designed to exercise the chest and deltoids.
