Its so small that the regions 700 growers have formed a single cooperative: Beato Bartolomeo Breganze. They make so little of this delicious rosé that we buy everything they make. Its incredibly bright and fruity with really delicate flavours. Peach. Apricot. Raspberry. Its delicious with light salads.
