Amphenol Air LB connectors, Series 1900 standard version,meet the requirements of EN3545 standard (formerly ASN E0390).1900 standard version connectors are made of thermoplastic and available in two versions:- sealed grommets on the conductor- unsealed grommets on the conductorThe connected assembly is made up of one connector with pin contacts and one connector with socket contacts. The contacts are compliant with SAE-AS39029 or EN3155 and are available from size 22 to 8. Connectors may be fitted with:- crimp contacts- straight or right angled contacts to be soldered onto PCB - solder cups- quadrax or derived contacts- contacts for aluminum cablesMating and locking of connectors is ensured by two means:- screw type polarizing / locking posts providing up to 36 keyingcombinations- 1/4 turn locking system providing up to 36 keying combina-tionsCoupling torque for locking of connectors: from 0,6 to 1 Nm (screw type only)
