First revealed at 2019's Coachella Festival via Apple Airdrop, the Donald Glover x Continental 80 'Blank Canvas' came out of the partnership between adidas and rapper/actor Donald Glover (aka Childish Gambino). This iteration of the sneaker has a deconstructed canvas upper with leather overlays and unique debossed insole branding. According to interviews, Glover intentionally used a simple, light colorway and encourages the wearer to 'get them dirty in your own way' as an expression of individualism.
