Suitable for machines: The XTK8 Exact X-LOCK friction disk is ideally suited to angle grinders of all power classes (including weak drive machines and battery machines). It is especially battery-saving. Due to the low friction surface, there is a low energy absorption. Material suitability: The XTK8 Exact X-LOCK is specially designed for use on stainless steel (VA-steel, Inox), e.g. 1.4301 (X5CrNi18-10 or 304), steel (black steel also known as structural steel, St37, S235JR, 1.0037 or carbon steel) and cast steel. Construction and production: The cutting wheel contains high-quality corundum (aluminum oxide) and 2 full-surface fiberglass fabric. The minimum side load for the cutting disc is according to EN 12413 and OSA 40 N. The expiry date (three years) is stamped in the boring ring. A constant quality is ensured by complex in-process controls in production. To provide a safety Maximum, every one of the thousands of discs is tested in a destructive way.
