Mooring resistance thermometers are preferably used for temperature measurements in closed pipe systems and other rounded or flat surfaces The indirect temperature prevents interference of the medium in terms of flow On The other hand, pressure and chemical effects have no impact on the life of the resistance thermometer. The target is hardly influenced by the low thermal mass . The measuring insert is fitted with a Pt100 temperature sensor as per EN 60 751, Class B in two-wire circuit.
