This knife is made of 67 layers of Damascus steel, bonded using the method of metallurgical welding. The result is not only a beautiful blade structure but also exceptional sharpness and durability. It is not intended for chopping or cutting frozen foods. After use, we recommend washing the knife, drying it thoroughly, and storing it safely. Damascus steel is produced by repeatedly forging, layering, and re-forging several strips of steel with different properties, resulting in a characteristic pattern that can have dozens to hundreds of layers.
